I have pain/discomfort on right lower abdomen, i have felt it many times during ovulation but i still worry bout appendicitis, it's my biggest fear?

Appendicitis: While both appendicitis and ovulation can cause right lower quadrant pain, only appendicitis is accompanied by fever. If you arent't also running a fever and experiencing loss of appetite and nausea, it is highly unlikely that the pain is due to appendicitis. Hope this helps.
