Another exam: Persistent left inguinal discomfort could be from a strained inguinal ligament, inguinal hernia or inflammation of lymph nodes. I recommend another examination and would suggest a general surgeon for this second opinion

I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. Its not sharp but its really annoying. Ive been to urgent care and appendicitis was ruled out by a urine test. The doctor thought it may be a ovarian cyst. Also ibs symptoms, it feels better walking.
