Could monovision narrow peripheral vision. i use right eye for distance.

No: Monovision primarily affects the central vision. The contacts do not alter the peripheral perception in either eye so narrowing, if it is actually occurring, might be due to something that needs investigation. In that case see your ophthalmologist.
