Daily headache feel like tension but ibuprofen will not stop it. starts about same time everyday late afternoon. go to sleep and it's gone when i wake?

It does sound: like Tension HA.Some of my patients have success with meds like Fiornal/Fioecett, which is a combo of Aspirin/Tylenol,caffeine,and muscle relaxer.You could try to reduce your tension throughout the day by taking short,5 min,breaks.Use this time to relax,meditate,stare off into the blue sky and be grateful ( count your blessings).It could help.
