Migraine: Migraine headaches are severe unilateral throbbing, associated with nausea, light and noise sensitivity. Improves with resting and is worsened by "triggers." identifying the triggers may be very difficult. Sleep disorder, stress, hormonal changes, weather changes, certain medications (like in the case of rebound headaches) and diet may be some. Check with your doctor for change in therapy.
