Hi is it normal to have pr over 100 resting? 110 to 118. last two days 120-125. my bp usually 125/85, as low 118/80 sometimes. i suffer from lung scarring(had clots) and breathlessness. i have dull pain in chest sometimes. only dizzy twice. thanks?

A pulse of "100-125 " is not normal, but "lung scarring" or chronic obstructive pulmonary (lung) disease (COPD) may cause lower oxygen levels and heart rate will increase. Cardiac rhythm alterations with atrial fibrillation can cause intermittent runs of pulse increase. Get a referral to a cardiologist or pulmonologist for monitoring and guidance.
