SadlyProbably not.: The company should be notified and if you have them, send photos. You might mention that you are going to report also to the FDA this adverse result from their machine. You will need fillers or adipose derived stem cells and fat to replace the volume loss. Was this really a Thermage machine? They are normally restricted to physicians.

Do not melt face fat: -Collagen. Thermage machines use radiofrequency engergy to create a uniform heating effect in the deep dermis Heating the collagen, denaturing the collagen.(like cooking scrambled eggs) Your body clears out the damaged collagen. Skin fibroblasts produce new healthy collagen. Good results- cheap face lift. Bad results melted face. You may need fillers. I would go to a dermatologist for advice.
