I've taken nyquil for the last 2 nights, and both mornings i have woken up feeling very sick to my stomach. could this be a side effect?

Possible: The only way to really tell would be to stop taking it and see if you are still experiencing the morning symptoms. NyQuil can cause upset stomach. If symptoms persist would suggest keeping of symptoms and seeking medical attention.
