Unlikely: Fordyce granules are small deposits of lipid or fat in the tissue and occur usually in the cheek area of the mouth. I have seen them on the lips and typically they are small in size.I do not believe that any kind of lotion or lip balm will be of any help to remove them.

There is, but...: These spots are not harmful, so it is okay to leave them alone without any treatment. Unfortunately, lotions and other topical treatments have not been shown to be beneficial in making Fordyce spots go away. They can be treated surgically or with certain laser procedures; however, these carry some risk due to the nature of the treatment.
