How to get rid of fordyce spots on labia?

Normal variant: Fordyce spots are prominent sebaceous glands on the labial skin. They are really just a normal variant and treatment is not usually recommended. There is some success with laser treatment of the glands, but there is a risk of causing scarring and they tend to come back.
