Having extreme pelvic pain that comes in bursts then dulls out somewhat but is still horrible. i have an appt w/ my gyno in sept but should i go asap?

Yes: You should be seen sooner. I don't know your whole history, but sexually transmitted infections are not uncommon in women your age. These infections can impact future fertility. I would recommend an earlier visit for testing. Hope this helps.
