Pudendal neuralgia?: A clinical syndrome characterized by neuralgic pain in the distribution of the pudendal nerve (vulva, vagina, clitoris, perineum and rectum. Dx based on; Pain in the anatomical territory of the pudendal nerve. Pain worsened by sitting. Pain does not wake pt at night. Pain without superficial sensory deficit. Pain releived by diagnostic pudendal nerve block. Go to a Urologist for evaluation and treatment.
