Lowgrade fever 3 days now, lethargic, tylenol (acetaminophen) helps a little. some cough/congestion but not much. it has never lasted this long, any ideas?

URI - germ vs host: Illness results from two factors: the germ causing it and the patient fighting it. Probably you have an Upper Respiratory tract Infection (URI) and your body is trying to fight it off. I suspect a virus of the hundreds of different causes. If you're low on sleep, not eating right, stressed, smoking/drinking alcohol- all of those will make it harder for you to fight something off. Try to see a doc.
