I'm on bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for an infected cold sore. i have to take it for ten days and started on day 1 of my cycle. will this effect my chances of conceiving this month? does it effect estrogen levels?

No: Cold sores, skin infections and antibiotics do not effect estrogen levels and shouldn't decrease your chance of conceiving. Best wishes.
