See a doctor : you might have either a severe strain or actual fracture of the wrist specially in the small carpal bones. You need to see a hand surgeon or a bone doctor for X ray and proper evaluation and proper stabilization

Go to doctor and get: an xray. Certainly put a wrist support and arm sling support until you can be seen by your doctor and referred to an orthopedic surgeon to see if any fracture occurred. Don't delay, ice, elevate, and rest. Let your doctor decide what to take for pain. It may be more serious than you think!
