Wait then evaluate: Normal sprains and strains should resolve in no more than 10 days. What we tend to worry about in wrists is the tfcc, which is a piece of cartilage that can get torn. For now: rest, ice, elevate, compress. If no better in 7 - 10 days, see an orthopedic specialist.
