Yes, but: what are you treating? Bisacodyl is a laxative. Bentyl (dicyclomine) is an antispasmodic. To some extent the laxative would cause cramps to cause a movement and ease constipation. If this is your primary problem then you should just take the laxative. If cramps is the primary problem and you are not constipated, you don't need a laxative.
