Yes,: Epilepsy can decrease ones libido. It can cause decreased interest in sex, and difficulty becoming aroused. There is some evidence that this is due, in part, to fear of having a seizure during intimacy. Some seizure medications such as Tegretol can also lower libido. You might discuss this with your Neurologist and see about changing seizure medications. Best wishes!
