Maybe: The answer isn't simple. No specific type of epilepsy has a specific symptom as withdrawal from intimacy. But medications used in treatment may cause emotional blunting and decreased responsivity. Post-ictal, ie post-convulsive emotional changes, usually relatively brief, may produce the same effect.
