Picky eaters: Toddlers often have challenging eating behaviors, even when they eat a variety of foods as infants. Continue to offer the healthy foods at meals and limit in-between meal snacks which can fill him up during the day. I would also try not to "give in" to offering only his favorites and avoid nutritional supplements such as Pediasure. As long as he's maintaining his weight, he will be fine.

She breaks the book down into age groups so you don't have to read the whole thing now.. But her phrase, "Parents are responsible for what food is put in front of their child, children are responsible for how much they eat" is great. Clear guidance to help ease your worry. All kids go through some stage
