Lettuce and tomato: If you want something healthful in a sandwich it's always simple to put some lettuce and tomato on it. Or you could put coleslaw on it. Instead of potato chips or french fries you could have potato salad with some celery, carrots, peppers and onions. Also you could use whole wheat or multigrain bread.

How u process food: It is not what you put inside your body it is how you process it that matters. Eat whatever you want - if you are having sandwich with potato support pancreas with chromium and pancreas complex (has bitter melon) if you are eating chips make sure you do oil change - replace bad oils with mixed efa and limonene and detox the chemicals in lettuce, tomato and salads with zeolite, mediclay drinks.
