No: Having one normal regular menstrual period means a woman is not pregnant at that time. Having a second normal period confirms non-pregnancy. Getting one negative pregnancy test 3 weeks or more after sex means a woman is not pregnant from that episode of sex. Getting a second negative pregnancy test a few days later confirms non-pregnancy.
