You tell us: You have not shared your sexual, menstrual, or most importantly ovulatory history. Physicians will never, EVER, guess when it comes to pregnancy. If you have missed a period then you must test. If you have not missed a period your symptoms do not represent pregnancy. They also do not rule out pregnancy. Once a period is delayed or missed a pregnancy test is the next step.
