Ans: Why would such a young person take long to heal. By six weeks not completely healed but there should be calcification. So. Red to know what kind of a fracture did you have do you need surgical correction? If you don't heal you better follow up with the orthopedic. Are you a smoker?

SHOULDER FRACTURE: A non healing shoulder fracture needs follow up by your orthopedic surgeon. If you have fallen again , X-ray /MRI / bone scan may be needed to reassess . You may need surgical intervention as well. Seek prompt follow up.
