TMJ: Possible TMJ disorder with night time bruxism. Other TMJ symptoms include still jaws in AM, painful or limited oral opening, jaw clicking. Symptoms do not sound like sinus. See MD. If TMJ, see TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, or dentist for referral.
