Sudden bachache : Sudden bachache is usually due to trauma or lifting heavy items, you really need to check it out if is persistent or recurrent with your 1ry care physician or an orthopedic. At the mean time you can try ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) with heating pads. Good luck
