Just breast feed: For mild diarrhea breast-feeding is best. Water lax nutrients and electrolytes.

Yes,but: Mild diarrhea is often responsive to just breast milk.If baby is wetting diapers at least every 6 hours and eager at feedings dehydration is unlikely to set in. Pedialyte or similar rehydration supplement would better than water alone if you choose to go that route.
