See remark: The diagnosis must have been based on some symptoms as pain,etc. Abdominal pain can cause bloating specially if you are given pain medicine,which can cause constipation. Weight gain doesn't occur during this stone episode.Your main objective is to find remedy for the stone! What's the plan of your M.D. , watchful waiting for small stone or intervention ? Hopefully you'll be taken care of..........

Unrelated: The kidney stone is likely unrelated to your symptoms. You need to be evaluated further with additional tests.
