I have 2 kidney stones in my right kidney that are 4 and 5 mm. for the last couple weeks, i have been experiencing a lot of bloating. is this common?

Pain: Kidney stones generally don't cause bloating. They are often silent until they start moving and then they cause severe pain in the flank along with nausea and at times blood in the urine.
