Symptoms: You do not need permission to go to ER. If you have uncontrolled symptoms, such as pain, nausea/ vomiting, etc please go to ER. Given overall situation, advanced metastatic colon cancer, establishing goals of care at each medical encounter will help. Palliative care/ hospice should help in that regard.
