Possibly u have a: Diagnosis of ascus/ abnormal cells of unknown significance . This won't lead to cancer for the most part. It's caused by repeated cervical infection and inflammation. U need to have a pap's smear repeated in 6-12 months. I wonder if hpv testing was done along with the pap's .A positive hpv suggests a higher risk of developing cervical cancer. Bless u!
