You really need: a complete GYN evaluation.Your "ovaries" should NOT be a source of discomfort (One exception being in the middle of your cycle when you ovulate ..pain (called "Mittleschmerz" ) may occur. See your Gynecologist! Good Luck Hope this helps! Dr Z
