Multiple treattments: I suggest starting with either Advil ( ibuprofen ) 400-600 mg every 6-8 hhrs or Aleven 1-2 tablets every 8 hrs. Consult you GUN for repeat pelvic ultrasound and therapy for polycystic ovaries.
