I'm assuming that...: ...you're describing severe diarrhea. The yellow color may be bile from the gall bladder. Whether or not it's related to your recent hysterectomy you need to see a doctor. Please don't delay! Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids. Gatorade & other sports drinks along with water are the best choices. Get well soon!
