It might be blood?: if your cervical stump was left (supra cervical hysterectomy) then some endometrium may have had a chance to grow and bleed with the old blood looking "yellow" in color from decomposition. If not, then see your previous surgeon and find out why the vagina is "leaking" a possible "urine like" substance
