See doctor: Discharge from the breasts, any color, should be evaluated by a doctor if you are not breastfeeding or pregnant. This could be caused by an elevated hormone such as prolactin, which is produced in the brain. See your gynecologist or primary doctor for evaluation.

Nipple Discharge: Hysterectomy is removal of the uterus; a non-hormone producing organ. If your ovaries were left intact then, on a hormonal level, there is very little change in your body from prior to your hysterectomy. The discharge you are describing is almost certainly not because of your hysterectomy and you should have your family practice physcian or Gynecologist evaluate it.
