How did u: hurt both of those joints? Have u been flipping off a lot of people?!Seriously,if you are having "symmetric" arthritis(i.e. Both shoulders or both wrists,or both middle finger joints) this could be the beginning of an Autoimmune type of arthritis.If redness and swelling acompany the symmetric arthritis,go show ur doc.
