What should i do to my finger that i hurt i dropped my rifle on the top of my thumb twice in a row, but the second time killed it. it has been two days and it still hurts when i bend it. i know it isnt broken because i can move it, and there is no swell

For : For finger pain, taking advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) is usually helpful. Elevating as much as possible helps the pain also. Wearing a splint or protective dressing on the finger (these are available at the market or pharmacy) can keep it from getting banged into by everything. If a patient had swelling, redness, or could not move it fully then the finger should be assessed by a doctor.

Just : Just because you can bend it doesnt meant that it is not fractured. If your pain continues get an xray.
