Yes, but better way: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is a safe laxative, but ar age 21, i would rather see you deal with constipation more naturally by getting regular exercise, drinking lots of water and low calorie liquids and eating a high fiber diet. If that is not sufficient, fiber sources such as metamucil can be very beneficial.
