Gently: If the tooth is loose enough for you to gently wiggle it out, you will not damage your orthodontic wire or brackets. If you can't do it, see your dentist.

Treatment plan: You do not mention your age. I am sure your orthodontist has a panoramic x-ray and is well aware of the situation of your loose tooth. If the permanent tooth is not evident, space will be allocated for a future implant or the surrounding teeth will be moved into the space created. Speak with your orthodontist and discuss your individual treatment plan.

Concerned? See DDS: Using a tissue or a piece of gauze, grasp the tooth firmly. As you pull, give it a quick twist. See a dentist if you are still concerned.

If: If the baby tooth is connected to your braces, do nothing other than calling your Orthodontist or treating Dentist. If not connected, and you can grasp it w tissue or gauze, you can gently help it out. Calling your Dentist or Orthodontist for help would be prudent if you are even the least little bit concerned. They would be pleased to help.
