Fertility methods failed so tried acupuncture & some chinese herbs. now i find myself a few inches taller. could those have caused that? i'm almost 34

Not likely: Female epiphyseal closure usually occurs(long bone growth extension) usually occurs by the time estrogen is in full "bloom" post puberty at age 16 or so and further potential growth ceases. The herbs may help you "stand up straighter" but not because of actual growth.

No: Neither the acupuncture nor the herbs would cause you to grow taller at this age. Take care.
