Not usually...: Sinus pressure is usually not a symptom of TMJ disorder. Remember that there are lots of other things that can cause pain attributed to TMD, so having a full evaluation by your doctor is important. If indeed the diagnosis is TMD, then a trial of an OTC NSAID (Ibuprofen, Aleve) is common. Other meds, more education and a change in habit/behaviors that make it worse can be discussed with your doc

Not really...: Sinus pressure is usually not a symptom. Best way to relieve the pain/symptoms is to treat the cause. Are you a grinder or clencher? Condition of your teeth? A dentist can evaluate these things to determine what treatment you might need or refer you to a specialist of necessary.
