Needs follow up: Has the child seen an ophthalmologist? Preferably a pediatric specialist. Could be glaucoma.

See pedi eye doc: If you have not seen a pediatric ophthalmologist and one is available to you, take your baby soon. Possibilites are tear sac blockage, undiagnosed chronic conjunctivitis, an unusual allergic response and then strange things seen most oftem by pediatric ophthalmologists.
