See pedi eye doc: If you have not seen a pediatric ophthalmologist and one is available to you, take your baby soon. Possibilites are tear sac blockage, undiagnosed chronic conjunctivitis, an unusual allergic response and then strange things seen most oftem by pediatric ophthalmologists.
