Bite like lesions: Since it is summer could be prickly heat(blockage of sweat glands),eczema, mite bites, rarely lichen planus, pityriasis, topical fungal infection. Usually washing using antihsitamine, topical steroids can resolve the issue, For extensive pityriasis or fungal infection you may need additional treatment Lichen planus may be assocaite with other conditions Follow up with doctor
