Sunburnt or not?: If one's legs got a lot of sun exposure and are mildly sunburned, then the usual care for mild sunburns should help. People can try over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream for a few days, while also moisturizing with their favorite non-medicated lotion or cream. If one's legs have an odd rash, but without sun exposure, then a doctor can look at the rash to see what the mysterious rash might be.
