Hives?: Good morning, red blotchy rash on arms and legs could be due to many causes. If it is due to an allergic or immune reaction, it may be hives. If the rashes are on the exposed areas of the arms and legs only, it is more likely due to insect bites, such as mosquitos and flees. Contact allergy is another consideration. If the rash persists, please visit your doctor.
