My son , 2 years 4 months has been getting flash skin reactions that we dont know what is causing it. we see a pattern of crying and rubbing eyes as minutes after that he has a red blotchy patch appearance on his face. he also get it on his legs.

Urticarial rash?: An allergic reaction is possible. Provide children's Benadryl as directed by your physician or pharmacist for three days. If the reaction involves respiratory symptoms, drooling or vomiting, please see acute care right away. His ocular irritation may be due to an allergic reaction. Rinse eyes with ocular saline. Avoid contact with common allergens, pets, smoke and any food triggers.
