None: The lungs or respiratory system isn't dependent on posture. If it was many of us would be in big trouble :).

Variety of NMD : Posture disorders per se do not affect breathing but there is a variety of neuromuscular diseases like muscular dystrophy, or skeletal disorders like curvature of the spine which can make it difficult to breath. Disease which affect breathing muscles can make getting a full breath difficult and this can be similar when the spine is severely curved and the thoracic ( chest) cage made smaller.
