I was stung yesterday morning between 2 fingers by a wasp. now mare than 24 hours later, my hand & forearm (working its way up to my elbow) are swollen (badly) no nausea or breathing issues. do i go to the er or will it just run its course? i don't like

Not a bad idea: To have it checked either at an Urgent Care unit or with your doctor in the office. It seems that you developed significant local swelling and you want to make sure the circulation is not impaired and there is no infection.
