Can't tell: Mosquito anaphylaxis is rare but cannot be totally ruled out with the next bite. Right now, you have mainly localized albeit huge reactions and high dose of antihistamine should help. As of whether you should have an adrenaline kit available, this would be up to you. If you feel more comfortable having one, then you should get one.

Probably: Yes, you have a really exaggerated reaction to mosquitos, anaphylaxis isn't common, please keep an antihistaminic and and over the counter hydrocortisone 1 % handy, visit your doctor, who might refer you to an Allergist, and you might need an epinephrine pen also handy, goodluck
